Stop regulacím, ale ne vždy a všude....

Jakkoliv je regulace špatným jevem (s čímž naprosto souhlasím),tak neexistence regulace kvality zboží vede ke zrychlující se spirále uvádění nových "méněkvalitních" výrobků na trh a tím ke zvyšující se ekologické zátěži při jejich likvidaci a zároveň vyčerpanosti nerostných zdrojů...například na Vámi uváděném příkladu rychlovarné konvice by neexistence garance 2 leté záruční doby vedla k zaplavení trhu výrobky s životností 1-2 let i od renomovaných výrobců. Ona teorie životního cyklu výrobku se stala velmi důležitou součástí jakéhokoliv návrhu výrobku... Takže sice stop regulaci ale ne ve všem a vždy...

A aka rychlovarna konvica vydrzi viac ako 1-2r ? :)
Ide o to, ze vyrobcovia si kludne mozu dat zaruku aj 5 rokov alebo 7 ako to robi teraz KIA Motors, Je to selektovat zakaznikov, niekto si radsej kupi vyrobok s 2rocnou zarukou o 10% drahsi, niekto bez zaruky lacnejsi. Niekto si kupit rychlejsiu nebezpecnejsiu motorku, iny pomalsiu bezpecnejsiu, aj toto budeme regulovat?
