Komentáře k článku Platí OSVČ nižší odvody než zaměstnanci?

Z velmi dlouhého článku mám dojem, že nám autor chce naznačit, že OSVČ musí platit do státního méně, protože si to pro rizika zaslouží.

Pane autore, nikdo OSVČ nenutí, aby byli živnostníky. Mohou se klidně nechat zaměstnat a platit vysoké odvody. Jenže to dělat nebudou - proč? Protože je stát velmi zvýhodnil na odvodech. A tohle není správně. Oni přijímají výhody sociálního státu a přitom do rozpočtu přispívají mnohem méně.

Jestli chce autor srovnávat komplexně, tak ať bývalí OSVČ přestanou v důchodu pobírat příspěvky na bydlení a jiné sociální dávky, protože mají malý důchod. Jenže za ten malý důchod si mohou sami. Ale dávky budou rádi přijímat - ovšem ty peníze na dávky jsou zaplacené především z odvodů zaměstnanců. A tohle je podle vás v pořádku? Podle mě určitě ne!

Stejně jako nikdo nenutí být živnostníkem nikdo nenutí být zaměstnancem.
Článek nic nenaznačuje, článek uvádí fakta a srovnává. A je vidět, že odvody OSVČ nejsou až tak nižší, jak si lidé myslí. A to nemluvím o tom, že zde máme třetího, který se směje, když se dva (zaměstnanci a OSVČ) perou. Tím třetím je stát a platby za státní pojištěnce, které jsou nejnižší.
Gorický uzel problémů v ČR nevyřešíme, pokud budeme míchat vše dohromady. Problémy sociálních dávek nechme stranou. Je to podobné jako ukazovat na OSVČ, že má výdajové paušály příliš výhodné. Ok tak ať se zruší/vyřeší výdajové paušály a nekomplikuje se situace všem. Stejně tak sociální dávky...
